Simple fixes which will start to create Top-of-Mind Awareness for your business

These are the fixes I alluded to from the prior post Three failed practices that prevent Top-of-Mind Awareness

Building a virtual as well as a physical marketing and branding campaign will separate you from your competition and create that desired Top-of-Mind Awareness among your customers. Below are some methods used to repair broken marketing processes.

  • Creating physical and virtual e-newsletters that can be e-mailed to current and potential clients to keep them aware of what is going on in your business and industry. Create monthly or quarterly newsletter articles to keep your customers informed.
  • Establish a process for regularly updating your website. When customers visit your site, they will appreciate your updated content and images. If the updating task seems too daunting for your current scope of business, ask for outside help with regularly updating your site from a boutique marketing firm.
  • Create your marketing materials with your customers in mind. Use messages that appeal to different types of customers within your target market. There is not a single ad that works the same all the time. Repeated exposure to your company and brand across a variety of formats, and with diverse messages, will increase the desirability of your marketing materials among your customers.

The bottom line is that companies that send out regular marketing materials and stay on top of making their website an informative place to visit are seen as more successful. A company’s successful marketing efforts can help to create in the minds of their customers the feel that “this is a company that I want to do business with and will be here in the future.” Companies that send out sporadic messages have a far more difficult time creating that coveted Top-of-Mind Awareness.

Your companies brand and image play a key role in the success of your business. Make sure that you’re doing the things necessary, from a marketing perspective to help your business reach new customers and create that Top-of-Mind Awareness.
